Mike is recognized as a leading expert in employment-related lawsuit prevention. As an Employee Relations Consultant, he is dedicated to helping employers stay litigation-free. Drawing from over 30 years of experience in employment and labor law, as an employer defense attorney and as a Human Resources Vice President, he developed a unique litigation-avoidance program.
He has presented his “Reset the Clock” program over 1,100 times to more than 28,000 leaders at employer facilities across North America. He has presented the HR Professional version of this program for SHRM Chapters across the country, annually for Dallas HR.
In 2013, Mike was recognized as the first inductee into the HRSouthwest Conference Speaker Hall of Fame. Over the last 25 years, he has consistently been one of the highest-rated speakers, excelling in content, professionalism, and delivery.
In conjunction with various employer, industry and professional associations, he has conducted live TV broadcasts, webinars and online employee relations programs, in addition to presenting at their regional and national conferences. He has a B.S. in Business Administration and a Law Degree from Seton Hall University.
Diane is Vice President of MMG, leading its efforts in new client development. She assists prospective and current clients by helping them determine which MMG programs and products would best fit their current needs. She has over 15 years of experience in marketing for employers in a variety of industries, having worked successfully in both marketing and management roles.
Don is Lead Faculty Member at MMG. He has extensive experience as an Organizational and Management Consultant. As an instructor and lecturer, he has on-going assignments with the University of Incarnate Word, Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business. Don has a doctorate in Management and Organizational Leadership and a second doctorate in Business Administration. His Human Resources certifications are SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SCP) and HRCI Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Steve has held senior management positions in defense contracting, manufacturing and consumer products companies, with expertise in employment law, government compliance, labor negotiations, and OSHA/workers compensation and litigation. He has provided case management for litigation at the EEOC, NLRB and OFCCP. His specialties include risk evaluation and management in the areas of employee relations, safety, and corporate insurance and business continuity.
Jake has worked at an executive level in both the private and government sector. His positions include working as Chief of Police, a Regional Vice President for two different International Security Corporations. Jake had a tenured law enforcement career prior to transitioning to the private sector, which includes several instructor licenses with the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement and teaching leadership and management courses for new police executives, supervisors.
Jake holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Leadership and a Bachelor Degree in Administration of Criminal Justice; a graduate of The Institute for Law Enforcement Administration Management College. Currently, Jake is completing his Doctorate Degree in Criminal Justice.
